Who we are

Mutant Games is an art and animation studio for slot, crash and instant games. This site, mutant.games, is our public portfolio and the way to start a project with us. Questions about this policy or your data: studio@mutant.games.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies and shows no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. We don't run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, EU-hosted service that collects only aggregate usage data — pages visited, referrer, country, device class. No personal data is stored, no identifiers persist between visits, and nothing is shared with advertising networks.

Contact form

When you send a request through the contact form, we process what you submit — name, company, work email, what you need, your message and any reference link — to reply and to prepare the work you asked about. That is our legitimate interest under the GDPR; we use it for nothing else.

Submissions are stored as tasks in ClickUp (our project tracker) and delivered to our inbox via Resend (email service). Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address to tell humans from bots. We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation or engagement needs, then delete them.

Hosting

The site and its media are served by Cloudflare (Pages, R2 and CDN). Cloudflare may process IP addresses transiently in server logs to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. Game demos run inside sandboxed frames from our own assets domain — no third-party embeds, no ads.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict or delete any personal data we hold about you — email studio@mutant.games and we'll answer within one business day. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
